Use Rough Stock Nomination Form if you are nominating Tommy Green Rodeo Company or Cactus Rodeo Company Events for Roughstock points/rodeo count.
Use AJRA Nomination Form if you are nominating High School or Junior High Events for AJRA rodeo count/points
Mail in Membership form, please include a Form W9 and a copy of constestant's birth certificate.
